Media Monarch has been my online outlet for all my short form animated work. My focus in animation lately has been Analog Horror. I have a deep love for monsters/cryptids and 3d animation has allowed me to bring them to life. Software I use includes Blender, Unreal Engine and After Effects. The video above is BACKROOMS: LOST TAPES. A video based on a series of horror shorts about a parallel dimension of liminal horror made famous by Kane Pixels.

I tasked myself to create a full 3d animation in a week. I was Inspired by my childhood exploratory missions through my empty house late at night. The wild avant garde imagination of a small child in a familiar yet seemingly hostile place. Sometimes it’s best to stay in bed.
